A cluster of GEM Aquamarine crystals from Skardu, Pakistan

World Class. Stunning to look at and indeed rare - this is a delightful large Aquamarine cluster. It appears initially to be formed of 3 main crystals, but with a little closer inspection, each of the three hexagons is made of up 30 smaller Aquamrine hexagonal crystals, hence I am referring to it as an 'Elestial'. (Cathedral).

The top (which is usually flat on most single Aqua points,) shows how the cluster is formed of many individual crystals:
On a tiny piece of Albite, this cluster is semi-translucent with a lovely medium colour, and the top of all three crystals is VERY clear/transparent. The photo immediately below shows the cluster from directly above 'birds eye view' so we can see the hexagonal vertical structure.
